Elimination Communication at Night

Night EC is optional, gentle, and sleep-respecting.

Elimination communication at night can mean a calm night offer before sleep or during a natural wake, using a quiet cue and quick potty or hold. Many families skip night EC and focus on days — both are valid.
Protect sleep. If offers wake everyone fully or raise stress, pause nighttime practice without guilt.
A pre-bed offer can reduce early wet sheets for some babies. Keep lights low and sessions brief.
Daytime foundation matters more than night catches early on. Build rhythm with ${start}.
Course covers nighttime dryness as a later stage — video course. Related: part-time EC.
